Jitty Joe's was founded in 1983 by Joe Tayoun. Joe started out just selling his homemade Italian Ice on the side of the road in Old Forge. Since then, we have grown and evolved into a hugely successful ice cream and other treats business located in Moosic, PA.
 

Unlike many ice cream shops, Jitty Joe’s makes delicious treats right in-house, including our famous homemade hard ice cream and our cookie dough. Our dedication to serving only the best tasty frozen treats is unmatched by our competitors. Not only do we satisfy sweet tooths, but we also support the people of our community. 

 

We sponsor several local sports teams, and we also connect with our community by offering our loyal customers some cool features for private gatherings, such as our ice cream truck and trailer, as well as ice cream and snow cone carts.
